Homebuyer Training

In response to a significant local housing need, WCCA, in collaboration with area Lenders, Title Companies, Insurance agencies, Home Inspectors, USDA, Rural Development, and area Realtors, is continuing to provide housing information, Home Buyer Training, and related information to residents of Wright County.

The purpose of this service is to assure that Wright County residents have access to training and information that will help them obtain or maintain permanent, safe, affordable housing so that new owners of homes have a clear understanding of the financial commitment being made and do not knowingly enter into a mortgage that cannot be repaid.
