WCCA’s Transitional Housing Program provides scattered site supportive housing to homeless individuals and families. The purpose for the program is to move economically challenged residents toward self sufficiency by identifying and removing barriers, integrating services, and developing plans for financial stability. Participants enter into a lease for a dwelling and pay a pro-rated amount of their income for housing. WCCA provides limited financial assistance and supportive services to attain housing stability. Supportive services include resource and referral, ongoing budgeting and general support. The Transitional Housing Program does not assist with past due rent at current residence.
