Early Head Start Home Visitor
The Early Head Start Home Visitor provides early, continuous, intensive and comprehensive participant development and family support services to eligible pregnant women, infants, toddlers and their families through a series of forty-six weekly home visits (90 minutes) and twenty-two scheduled socializations activities. The EHS home visitor (with the help of the parent/guardian) designs, plans and carries out developmentally appropriate experiences that meet all component areas of Head Start, the school readiness goals established by the program and the individual needs of the participant. Each Home Visitor maintains a maximum caseload of 10-12 infants, toddlers and/or pregnant women.
Criteria to Qualify for this Position
Education and Experience:

The Early Head Start Home Visitor is required to have a minimum of a Home Visitor CDA.

An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Family Development, Human Services or Social Work is preferable.

Experience in the Early Childhood field is required.

Nutrition Educator/
Competent Professional Authority (CPA)
The primary role of the WIC Nutrition Educator/Competent Professional Authority (CPA) is to carry out the goals and objectives of the WIC Program by delivering program services in compliance with federal, state, and Local Agency (LA) policies and procedures. The WIC Nutrition Educator is responsible for determining program eligibility and documentation of nutrition-related activities, such as health screening, nutrition education, and referrals to internal and external resources/agencies as appropriate. The Nutrition Educator will perform with a high degree of customer service and empathy.

Community Navigator (Spanish)
As part of the WCCA team, all employees work to help us achieve our mission. This position is part of the Family & Community Resource Center (FCRC), a strategy aimed at building, streamlining, and continuously improving the coordination of services to meet the needs of local individuals and families. The primary role of the Community Navigator is to assist in empowering, engaging, organizing, and advocating on behalf of the multicultural population throughout Wright County, MN. Additionally, this position will support other Community Services programs through client intake, program triage, and by providing MNsure Navigation.

The Homemaker provides a variety of home-based services within the context of light household cleaning and household chores, with incidental assistance with home management and providing companionship to elderly individuals age sixty (60) or above. Grants and Compliance Accountant
Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for post-award grant administration and related project accounting. The Grant and Compliance Accountant provides internal support and accounting functions to program managers and agency leadership for the organization’s government grants, foundation grants, and restricted donations. This position is responsible to maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and funder requirements. Duties include support of payroll, AP, AR and journal entries; assisting with the budget and audits; completing monthly and year-end grant and fund close procedures, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports as needed.

Head Start Family Advocate
Wright County Community Action (WCCA) is seeking a Family Advocate to support our Head Start program locations. You will create coordination between Head Start services and community resources in order to foster strength and healthy living in our client’s lives.
