WIC is a supplemental food, nutrition and breastfeeding program that helps eligible pregnant women, new mothers, babies, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition and stay healthy.

The caring staff provides nutrition assessment, nutrition education, counseling, breastfeeding information and referrals to healthcare or other needed community services at no cost.

WIC income guidelines allow many working families and students to qualify for the program.

Currently, Wright County Community Action WIC is doing all appointments by phone. When you have a scheduled appointment, a WIC staff member will call you at your scheduled appointment time.

To apply for WIC, click on the “apply” button above and you will be redirected to the state WIC website to fill out an application. It will be submitted by secure email to the WCCA WIC program. You may also call 320-963-6500 ext 245; leave a message and a WIC staff member will return your call. Currently, WIC staff are not regularly in the WCCA office.
