Women, Infants & Children (WIC) is a supplemental food, nutrition, and breastfeeding program to help pregnant women, new mothers, babies and children up to the age of 5 years.
WIC is a supplemental food, nutrition and breastfeeding program that helps eligible pregnant women, new mothers, babies, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition and stay healthy.
The caring staff provides nutrition assessment, nutrition education, counseling, breastfeeding information and referrals to healthcare or other needed community services at no cost.
WIC income guidelines allow many working families and students to qualify for the program.
Currently, Wright County Community Action WIC is doing all appointments by phone. When you have a scheduled appointment, a WIC staff member will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
