Weatherization Program Coordinator

This position will serve to plan, organize and control the ongoing development, supervision and implementation of the Weatherization and related programs within WCCA. This person must be comfortable with preparing and monitoring budgets, using computers in daily program operations and must possess strong communication skills. Required education and experience includes a High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) or more years of experience. Disability/Mental Health Specialist

This position is a full time, benefit eligible position that works out of the main office in Maple Lake. This position is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of Head Start program operations in assigned Head Start centers and implements portions of Early Childhood Development and Health Services Plan, and the Disabilities Services Plans. Head Start Teacher (Buffalo & Annandale)

This position serves to plan and implement daily Head Start center-based activities for enrolled families and children ages 3-5 years old. This is a full-time, contracted, benefit-eligible position with summers off! Candidates must possess an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education to qualify for this role. Head Start Assistant Teacher
(Multiple locations)

This position serves to assist the Head Start Teacher/Center Supervisor by implementing daily Head Start center-based activities for enrolled families and children ages 3-5 years old. This is a full-time, contracted, benefit-eligible position with summers off! Candidates must possess an Associates or Bachelor’s degree to qualify for this role. Head Start Classroom Aide/Paraprofessional (Part time and Full time, multiple locations)

This position assists center-based program activities within the Head Start classroom which serves children ages 3-5 years. The purpose of this role is to assist in a daily routine and help with tasks that establish a foundation for a healthy and safe environment for Head Start children. Family Advocate

The Family Advocate creates coordination between Head Start services and community resources in order to foster strength and healthy living in our client’s lives. This role provides support in a case management style and acts as a liaison between families, staff, the community and other family-related resources. Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Early Chilhood Education, Family Development, Social Work or related field required. Starting range $16.79-19.00/hour with a full range of $16.79-22.39. Homemaker/Housekeeper

WCCA’s Aging Alliance is seeking a housekeeper to help seniors live longer in their own homes. Responsibilities include general intake of clients and regular homemaking appointments which could include laundry, cleaning counters, organizing or meal prep. Approximately 10-15 hours per week.
